The recipe is simplicity itself. After cutting the bitter melon in half lengthwise and taking out the seeds, I cut it (diagonally) into slices. My Australian Recipes page lists out all the recipes by course, i.e. appetizer, entrée and dessert (or entrée, mains and dessert for Australians and Europeans).. I think one was cannelloni and the other some stewed meat, very good though a bit salty.
